You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to object to the processing of the same or revoke the consent that you have granted for this purpose, through a written request in Spanish, which must be submitted at the address of Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. indicated at the beginning of this notice, or sent by postal mail, with the corresponding postage paid; said request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition must contain and include the following: the name of the owner and address or other means to communicate the response to your request, the documents that prove the identity or legal representation of the owner, a clear and precise description of the personal data for which any of the aforementioned rights are sought to be exercised, and any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data, and include your name and autograph signature, the deadline to address your request will be a maximum of fifteen business days from the date of receipt of your request. In this regard, your information may be shared with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit for the company’s monthly reports. If you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have granted your consent for this.
Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. may transfer the personal data in their databases to governmental institutions that request it, unless the respective owners expressly oppose.
We reserve the right to modify this notice by notifying you through visible announcements in our lodging establishments and/or personally by our staff when you visit our facilities, without prejudice to also using any other means provided for by applicable law.
