Booking Policy

Reservations at Mia Tulum Resort are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid payment method is required to guarantee your stay. Check-in, check-out, and any special requests are handled according to resort availability and operational guidelines.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation terms may vary by rate plan, season, or special offer. Where a specific policy applies, it will be shown at the time of booking. In the absence of a stated exception, cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or no-shows may be charged the first night’s stay.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to respect resort property, other guests, staff, local regulations, and the beachfront environment. Smoking restrictions, pet policies, cashless payment terms, and any safety instructions provided by the resort must be followed during the stay.

Liability

Mia Tulum Resort is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, third-party services, or guest negligence. The resort may update these terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or booking changes.
